HOT GARBAGE Week 10 Waiver Wire

Another week in the books, and it just gets more bizarre. Look ahead to the fantasy playoffs and look for the buttery soft matchups. Let's dance, monkeys...

HOT GARBAGE:

QB: Mark Sanchez/NYJ: He throws picks, makes ill timed throws, but face it, he pulls garbage time production out of his rump like golden eggs. The next few weeks he faces NE & DEN, & you could do worse if you need bye week help or are hurting at QB.

RB: Roy Helu/WAS: Shanahanigans reign in D.C. as I've long been shouting at the top of my lungs, now is finally getting less murky. The Skins are a bad team, but with Hightower done for the year, and Torain the opposite of versatile, Helu is finally getting his chance. With poor QB play, & a banged up WR corps, Helu was a PPR "Dyson", sucking up 14 passes in a game where the Skins never got anything going. In smaller PPR leagues, you can do worse. Get him before Shanahan throws his son Kyle in at RB

WR: Steve Breaston/KC: Week 9's "Flex Luthor" came through in a losing effort by the Chiefs, to the tune of 7 catches for 119 yards. I expect Breaston to be a trusted part of the KC offense, so get him while he lasts on the WW.

TE: (None of note)

COLD TRASH:

QB: Matt Moore/MIA: Seriously, do you think he'll do this the rest of the way? Be my guest, sucker. In the meantime, if you're a non-believer like yours truly, get something in return for this mirage situation.

RB: Marshawn Lynch/SEA: Next up for "Beast Mod?." Baltimore. Not good. He fared well against a Dallas soft zone that gave LeSean McCoy huge holes last week, & Lynch is not nearly as explosive as McCoy. Sure he has some soft NFC "Breast" matchups ahead, but he'll be snuffed vs. the Ravens, so you're best apt getting optimum value for the fluky RB.

WR: Julio Jones/ATL: Settle down. I know this was the breakout game you were waiting for...or was it? Two big "Devery Henderson" type plays made up his yardage & subsequent. With Roddy being the focus of TE hapless Colts, it left Julio in some opportunistic spots. Keep in mind, Jones is still a 3rd option on a gem that is still run heavy. If you can get a true #2 WR in return, on the back of two huge catches, get it done. In PPR leagues, his production will be spotty.

TE: Anthony Fasono/MIA: Yeah, you saw that coming. In fact, Scott Chandler is strongly considering suing Fasano for identity fraud. His QB sucks, the team sucks, get something in return, like RB depth in trade.

"Flex Luthor" Start of the Week 10: Earl Bennett/CHI: Working his way back from injury, & the sole bright spot of the Bear's offense being Matt Forte, Jay Cutler desperately needs his old college teammate to return to form. With the DET defense likely sending pressure all day at Cutler, Bennett should be key out of the slot, & muster some nice PPR production.
